Room Rate Comp Reasons
The Room Rate Comp Reasons report allows users to view all reservations (except canceled) that are scheduled to run with a zero rate within the selected date range. There are two types of reservations that run with zero rates:
-
Comped reservations typically run with a room rate that is being waived for some reason.
-
No-rate reservations are typically used for reservations where no anticipated room revenue would be realized.
As a property manager, user can determine the projected lost revenue based on each rate plan.
